This 4 hour class will cover building Processing Models using the Model Designer. Students will build custom tools to make repeatable tasks easier. Students will build models during class and will modify those models to make them more functional.

What to expect from this workshop: You will be learning how to build models in QGIS using the Model Designer to automate repetitive processes.
Who might benefit from this workshop: Veteran GIS professionals, new GIS users, and anyone in between would benefit from this class.
Level of experience required for this workshop: Some prior knowledge/understanding/education in QGIS is highly recommended. It would be extremely useful to have taken NRGS’s Introduction to QGIS Class or an equivalent class sometime in the last year.
